Branch Coordinator

A full-time onsite role in Ikeja, Lagos, with a spa and beauty services business. The Branch Coordinator keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly, guides the team, and makes sure guests enjoy a consistently high standard of service. Suits an organised, proactive person who enjoys combining people management with practical operational work and who is comfortable with reporting and records.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company standards
• Supervise staff schedules, attendance and performance
• Monitor service quality and customer experience
• Track sales, revenue, expenses and daily transactions
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of products and supplies
• Manage bookings, appointments and customer complaints

What you need

• HND or B.Sc degree
• 0–5 years of work experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
