Business Development Manager

A fully remote, telephone-based sales role with a financial services business that provides business credit cards to small and medium-sized enterprises. You will work independently, speaking mainly with owner-directors of SMEs to win new customers and grow card spend across your own portfolio. The role suits a driven, target-focused salesperson who enjoys outbound calling, takes regulatory standards seriously, and wants to build a long-term career in business finance sales.

What you'll do

• Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
• Run the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to account management
• Generate your own leads and build a customer pipeline
• Make 30-50 outbound cold calls per day
• Work towards and meet card spend targets
• Work to high standards of FCA regulations
