Business Operations & Growth Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations to keep business activities efficient and on schedule
• Lead and coordinate team members to meet performance targets
• Manage workflows across consulting projects, recruitment assignments and training programmes
• Drive business development, client acquisition and revenue growth across service lines
• Supervise the sales team, monitor pipelines and support lead conversion
• Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable recommendations

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Marketing or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, business development or team leadership
• Experience in a fast-paced consulting or professional services environment
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
