Client Experience Coordinator

This part-time role is with an events company based in Abuja. The coordinator looks after day-to-day client communication, keeping track of commitments and making sure every client receives timely, attentive follow-up through their journey with the business. The work is mostly remote, with occasional on-site attendance for client meetings and events. It suits an organised, people-focused professional with a few years of experience in client service, coordination or customer support who enjoys keeping many moving parts on track and communicating clearly.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly and professionally to client and prospective client enquiries by messaging app and email
• Record call notes and clear follow-up actions after every client call
• Maintain trackers for client payments, milestones and next steps
• Monitor client commitments and deadlines and follow up as needed

What you need

• 2–4 years of relevant experience
