Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote customer support role handling enquiries from customers across email, chat and phone. It suits an experienced support professional who is organised, clear in writing and speaking, and comfortable working independently from home. The organisation is a customer-facing business that values quick, accurate resolutions and good records of every interaction. What you'll do

• Respond to customer enquiries by email, chat and phone
• Record interactions and keep CRM systems up to date
• Meet response time, resolution time and customer satisfaction targets
• Work with internal teams to resolve requests quickly

What you need

• 2 to 4 years in customer support, customer service or a related role
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setting
• CRM experience is a plus
• International client experience is a bonus
