Junior Operations Coordinator (Remote - Africa & Europe, French Speakers)

A recruitment firm is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing European vehicle logistics technology company that manages vehicle transports from order to delivery. The operations team is growing to keep up with demand. This junior role suits someone who enjoys phone-based customer work and busy, shifting priorities.

What you'll do

• Coordinate vehicle transports from pickup to delivery, keeping compounds and drivers aligned
• Monitor active transports and act quickly when delays or issues arise
• Handle customer phone calls in French and English, keeping them updated at each stage
• Communicate with carriers and partners so handovers run smoothly
• Keep order and transport records accurate and current
• Provide ad hoc support to the operations team as priorities change

What you need

• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
• Living in Africa or Europe, no more than 2 hours' time difference from CET
• Available for 30 hours per week across morning and afternoon CET hours
• Able to start by early December
• Confident, clear phone communicator with strong attention to detail
• Proactive problem solver; Spanish and prior customer support or sales experience are a plus
