What you'll do

• Answer client and lead questions by email and live chat
• Support clients so they get the most from the company's legal technology offering
• Help draft legal documents
• Keep clear, organised records of client interactions

What you need

• Mid-level experience in client-facing or support work

• Experience drafting legal documents
• Analytical and well organised
