Cloud Operations Analyst (Remote - US only)

This is an operations role supporting the delivery and business side of a cloud practice inside a fast-growing information security services firm. You will keep pipeline and project data accurate, build reporting that leaders use to make decisions, and help consultants and sales teams run consistent processes. It is an individual contributor position centered on execution, analysis and coordination, not strategy ownership or people management.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards on pipeline health, project activity, staffing, utilization and other practice metrics, flagging gaps, exceptions and trends.
• Help with resource planning and delivery forecasts by gathering availability, project timing and demand from practice leads, then surfacing conflicts or shortfalls.
• Track stale opportunities, open action items and client follow-up work.
• Run and summarize internal and client feedback surveys, pull out themes, and manage a tracker for improvement items.
• Follow project outcomes, follow-on opportunities and engagement closeout steps in coordination with consultants and sales.
• Maintain operating procedures, shared documentation and templates, and suggest ways to cut manual work and improve data quality.

What you need

• At least 5 years in business operations, project coordination, reporting, sales operations or professional services delivery operations (equivalent practical experience may be considered in place of some education).
• Solid working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for organizing data and presenting clear summaries.
• Strong organization skills, with the ability to juggle several priorities, hit deadlines and keep detailed records.
• Comfort learning CRM, project tracking, collaboration and reporting tools, and using AI tools to work more efficiently.
• Professional written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Must be located in the United States.
