Fraud Analytics Manager (Remote)

A fast-growing payments and co-branded credit card company is building a new analytics function that sits across fraud, credit risk and operations. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with managerial scope, focused on automation, tooling and reporting that cut manual work and speed up decisions. The team is newly created, so the role will help define how the function grows.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end automation and tooling for manual and repetitive analytics work across fraud and risk
• Build and maintain a shared backtesting framework for fraud rules covering account takeover, first-party fraud, identity theft and credit risk
• Consolidate fragmented reporting pipelines into clean, reliable reporting infrastructure
• Develop a consolidated risk label framework so changes in one area are reflected in related areas
• Deploy LLM and AI tools to streamline analytical workflows, and track hours saved per week with dashboards
• Partner with fraud, credit and risk stakeholders to find high-impact automation opportunities

What you need

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• Demonstrated ability to work through messy, complex data and turn findings into decisions
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau or similar
• Experience using Git
• Roughly 3 to 6 years of relevant analytics experience; skill set matters more than tenure
• Clear communicator with a bias toward action who ships solutions without waiting for perfect conditions
