Collection Quality Assurance Officer

A full-time onsite role in Surulere, Lagos, suited to someone with two to four years of experience in banking operations or credit control. The role sits within a microfinance bank's collections function and focuses on checking that recovery activity follows internal policy and regulatory standards while still treating customers well. What you'll do

• Monitor and evaluate collection activities against policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Review collection calls and customer interactions to identify process violations
• Assess staff performance and recommend corrective actions
• Identify ways to improve recovery rates, operational efficiency and customer experience
• Prepare reports and keep accurate records of quality assessments

What you need

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
