Crew Scheduler

This full-time role is for a crew scheduler in Lagos who will build and maintain flight crew rosters so that every scheduled flight is properly staffed. The post holder will check crew availability, qualifications and licence validity while keeping assignments within aviation duty, rest and flight time limits. It is a detail-driven position within an airline's operations setting, suited to someone with a degree or HND in a relevant field, strong organisational skills and a calm approach to last-minute changes. Some experience in aviation or crew planning is an advantage.

What you'll do

• Prepare, update and maintain flight crew rosters against approved flight schedules
• Monitor crew availability, qualifications and licence validity
• Ensure crew assignments meet flight time limitation, duty period and rest requirements
• Coordinate crew replacements, roster adjustments and operational changes
• Liaise with crew control, the operations control centre and other relevant departments
