Customer Experience Partner

A remote customer experience role with a fast-growing solar equipment distributor in the United States. The position suits someone who enjoys shaping how customers are looked after from first enquiry through to after-sales support, and who is comfortable balancing quoting work with improvement projects. What you'll do

• Help develop and carry out customer experience strategies that support business goals
• Support the sales team with timely and accurate customer quotes
• Work with sales, product and operations teams to keep the customer journey seamless
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the customer journey
• Run customer retention programmes aimed at loyalty and lower churn
• Champion the customer's voice across the organisation

What you need

• Proven track record in customer experience, customer service or a related field
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and service excellence
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
• Data-driven, able to turn customer feedback into actionable insights
• Experience with CRM systems and quoting platforms is highly desirable
