Customer Onboarding Assistant

A remote, entry-level role supporting new customers as they get started with digital products and services. The organisation helps clients through setup, feature discovery and everyday questions. It suits friendly, organised people who enjoy helping others, explaining things clearly and learning new digital tools. Prior onboarding experience is helpful but not required, and candidates with customer service, communication or administration backgrounds are welcome.

What you'll do

• Welcome new clients and share onboarding information
• Guide customers through basic account setup and initial configuration
• Share guides, tutorials and product resources
• Answer common onboarding questions by email or online support channels
• Track onboarding progress and keep customer records up to date
• Follow up with clients who need help completing setup

What you need

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Patient, helpful and professional approach to customers
• Basic computer literacy and confidence with online tools
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Basic email and spreadsheet skills
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace
