Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including pay-related issues
• Familiarity with payroll software such as ADP, Workday or UKG
• Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Zendesk
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
