Customer Success Manager

This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Customer Success Manager based in Nigeria. The post is for a growing team that values strong customer relationships and wants customers to get the most from its products and services. The role suits someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships, solving problems calmly, and keeping track of results. It is a good fit for an organised, empathetic professional who is comfortable working independently and sharing customer insights across teams.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and concerns
• Guide new customers through onboarding and product adoption
• Monitor satisfaction, resolve complaints and track account performance
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare regular reports on customer success metrics

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
• 2 to 5 years' experience in customer success, account management, customer service or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts with good organisation and time management
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms
