Customer Success Manager (Remote, South Africa)

This is a full-time remote customer success role with a talent and recruitment business that places people with fast-growing startups, digital agencies and SaaS companies in the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. You will act as the main contact for a portfolio of client accounts, keeping relationships healthy and helping clients reach their goals. The role suits someone who enjoys client communication, account growth and keeping many accounts organised at once.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, questions and escalations, and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams so client projects are delivered on time, in scope and in line with client expectations.
• Lead onboarding for new clients, setting out goals, processes and expectations clearly from the start.
• Monitor engagement across a portfolio of accounts and proactively act to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand revenue.
• Prepare account performance reports and share insights to support decisions.

What you need

• At least 2 years of professional experience in account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience leading, supporting or developing a team is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on results.
• Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to handle a high volume of accounts.
• Based in South Africa and able to work remotely in alignment with South African time zones and client needs.
