Customer Support Agent

This fully remote role is for a customer support agent in an online sports betting and casino business, open to applicants worldwide. You will be the first point of contact for players, answering questions over live chat and email about their accounts, payments and games. The work suits someone who enjoys helping people, explaining things clearly and solving problems calmly, and who has a genuine interest in sport or online gaming. Responsible gambling is an important part of the job.

What you'll do

• Provide front-line support to players via live chat and email
• Help with registration, account management, deposits and withdrawals
• Resolve complaints and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
• Guide players on sportsbook betting, casino games, promotions and responsible gambling tools
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions

What you need

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2–3 years of customer service or support experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of sports betting or online casino games is an advantage
