Customer Support Specialist (Remote - Bulgaria, Poland, LATAM, Philippines, Canada)

A fast-growing AI company that builds audio and voice AI products for creators, businesses and developers is hiring a remote customer support specialist on a contract basis. The team is international and works in small, autonomous groups with minimal bureaucracy. You will be the main link between customers and the internal product team, helping users get unstuck quickly and clearly.

What you'll do

• Resolve customer support tickets quickly, keeping the user experience smooth and the tone empathetic
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving APIs, integrations and browser errors, and explain fixes in plain language
• Write and update help center articles and internal documentation based on recurring issues
• Escalate product bugs and user feedback to the relevant internal teams with clear reproduction steps
• Review user-generated content against community guidelines and help maintain a safe, respectful platform

What you need

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical customer support team at a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting API or browser-related problems
• Prior experience working remotely within an international startup or distributed team
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality written work
• Fluent English; Spanish is an advantage for the Latin America hiring track
• Must be based in one of the listed countries and able to work as a contractor
