Data Analyst

A full-time remote role based in Nigeria for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys turning raw information into clear insight. The position supports an organisation in using data to guide planning, operational improvements and growth. It suits someone with solid analytical foundations, practical experience with reporting and dashboards, and the ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues. Candidates who can show a portfolio of past analytical work are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, validate and organise data from multiple sources
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations in Power BI, Tableau or Excel
• Use SQL and other analytical tools to extract and manipulate data
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate performance against targets
• Present actionable insights to management and stakeholders

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in a quantitative, technical or business-related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or business intelligence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data cleaning
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Working knowledge of SQL; Python or R is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data confidentiality
