Data Associate

A fully remote role supporting structured professional training programmes across areas such as data analysis, business analysis, cybersecurity, DevOps and product design. The work sits on the operations side of an online learning provider, helping learners stay engaged and move through their programme milestones while keeping coordination and admin running smoothly. It suits someone with a few years of experience in education, learning support, coordination or analytics who enjoys keeping people on track and working carefully with records and data.

What you'll do

• Support learner engagement so participants stay involved in their programme
• Help learners complete key learning milestones and progress through training
• Assist with project coordination within a chosen specialisation
• Support grading and assessment activities
• Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks linked to programme delivery

What you need

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Attention to detail when grading and handling records
• Interest in one or more of the listed specialisations
