Data QA & Admin Associate

A remote role supporting the accuracy of a government procurement data pipeline for an AI-driven technology company that collects and organises public RFP information. The work centres on checking government websites, researching public documents and handling public records requests, and it suits detail-oriented people who enjoy structured workflows and independent online research. The role is open to candidates across Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe, and works U.S. business hours in Eastern Time.

What you'll do

• Manually review government issuer websites to find and verify new RFP opportunities
• Monitor website changes and new data sources, and document issues for the engineering team
• Research and retrieve public documents such as budgets, capital plans and meeting minutes
• Submit and follow up on public records requests, keeping statuses up to date
• Download and classify primary RFP documents from procurement portals
• Track daily tasks and communicate blockers through Slack

What you need

• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, administrative support or a related data role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
• Ability to navigate government websites, including logins, CAPTCHAs and file downloads
• Comfortable following SOPs and multi-step procedures
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines independently
• Available to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
