Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager

This onsite role in Lekki, Lagos is for a digital marketer who can bring hands-on skills in email marketing, paid social advertising and analytics to a travel business's marketing team. The organisation is a travel agency that is looking to round out its department with additional expertise. The role suits an experienced marketer who enjoys running campaigns, managing brand channels, writing engaging copy and turning performance data into practical recommendations. Candidates should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Plan and run email campaigns, including audience segmentation, mailing lists and automation
• Run and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including targeting, retargeting and budgeting
• Manage business social media accounts, content calendars, post scheduling and online communities
• Develop and carry out marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads and increase conversions
• Track campaign performance and provide reports with actionable recommendations
• Support SEO, keyword research and website content optimisation

What you need

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven record of managing accounts and delivering successful campaigns
• Practical experience with email tools such as Mailchimp, Brevo or HubSpot
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, and live near Lekki or its environs
