Social Media Manager

This fully remote role is for a Social Media Manager to help build an organised, technology-enabled social media operation from the ground up. The organisation is a modern, forward-looking team that values creative content, clear performance measurement and smart use of new tools. The role suits a hands-on creative who enjoys producing polished graphics and carousels, organising digital assets, and experimenting with AI and automation to work more efficiently. Candidates who are curious, analytical and comfortable working independently across time zones will find it a good fit.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain an organised social media content system and workflow
• Create engaging graphics, carousels and platform-specific social content
• Repurpose existing digital assets across social media channels
• Plan, produce, schedule and publish content
• Test AI tools and automation to improve content production
• Track campaign performance using UTM tracking and report insights and recommendations

What you need

• Experience managing social media and digital content
• Experience creating carousels, graphics and social-first visual content
• Experience organising content workflows and managing digital assets
• Familiarity with social media analytics and UTM campaign tracking
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management
• Strong organisational skills and openness to AI, automation and MCP workflows
