What you'll do

What you need

• Around 8+ years leading professional services or B2B enterprise SaaS delivery
• Experience leading enterprise WordPress VIP implementation or similar teams

• Experience scaling delivery operations and customer satisfaction
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
