Education & Enablement Coordinator, Enrollment (Remote - US only)

Pay: $28.85/hr - $28.85/hr (hourly rate). Candidates must be located in the lower 48 US states due to contractual requirements for accessing protected health information. A healthcare company that supports people with cancer and their caregivers is hiring a training professional for its enrollment team. The enrollment team is the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them understand available care navigation services and get enrolled. This role builds and delivers training so new and existing team members can meet quality standards and stay current on products, workflows and processes.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver virtual instructor-led sessions, live sessions and self-paced training modules for enrollment staff.
• Run the day-to-day logistics of training, including scheduling, tracking attendance and keeping onboarding on schedule.
• Build training materials, slides, job aids and reference resources, and update them when products, workflows or client launches change.
• Monitor trainee progress and understanding by reviewing member interactions against quality standards.
• Join regular quality calibration sessions and work with the Quality team to identify training gaps and improve coaching areas.
• Use dashboards and data to measure whether training is working and report on results.

What you need

• At least 2 years of experience in training delivery or staff development, including virtual instructor-led and self-paced e-learning programs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working with data to analyze training effectiveness, and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong project management and attention to detail, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom and Slack.
• Must be located in the lower 48 US states.
