What you'll do

• Optimise CVs, resumes and LinkedIn profiles for job seekers and career switchers
• Manage tailored end-to-end job application processes
• Match candidate profiles to suitable opportunities
• Provide interview preparation and job search strategy support
• Support candidate positioning
• Track application progress, candidate retention and placement success metrics

What you need

• 3–4 years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, CV optimisation or talent placement
• Experience optimising CVs, resumes and LinkedIn profiles
• Ability to manage multi-stage application processes
• Skill in interview preparation and job search strategy
• Comfortable tracking progress and placement metrics
