Recruiter

This is a full-time, remote recruiting role with a healthcare company that provides diagnostic services in people's homes across a whole country. The recruiter will own the full hiring cycle for clinical and operational staff, finding and vetting skilled phlebotomists and medical assistants who put patient care first. The role suits an experienced recruiter who enjoys fast-paced startup work, likes building strong teams, and wants to improve hiring processes as the business grows. Strong communication, a self-starting approach and a genuine interest in healthcare will help the right person thrive.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for phlebotomists and medical assistants, including full-time, part-time and PRN roles
• Source, engage and evaluate candidates for clinical skill and patient-centred care
• Manage candidate communications and keep the candidate experience positive
• Run weekly virtual new hire orientation classes and support new starters after orientation
• Help with new hire paperwork, background checks and I-9 verification
• Work with clinical operations, quality and HR to streamline hiring and onboarding, and review attrition data to support retention

What you need

• At least 3 years' experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
• Experience onboarding new hires
• Proven track record of being solution-oriented and a self-starter
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Lever preferred)
• Experience recruiting phlebotomists or medical professionals (preferred)
• Familiarity with HR and recruiting tools such as Paylocity, Checkr, DocuSign, Slack and Indeed
