Recruitment/Staffing Coordinator

A full-time, fully remote role based in Nigeria for an organised recruiter who enjoys matching people to the right positions. The post sits within a staffing and recruitment service, where the coordinator would handle the full hiring journey, from sourcing and screening candidates through to interviews, onboarding and placement with client organisations. The role suits someone with several years of recruitment or staffing experience who communicates clearly, keeps accurate records, and can manage their own workload without close supervision. Prior experience in healthcare, home care or agency work would be an advantage.

What you'll do

• Source, screen and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
• Manage recruitment from application through to placement
• Coordinate client staffing requests and candidate onboarding
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
• Track recruitment targets and prepare progress reports

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 3–5 years of recruitment or staffing experience
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Healthcare, home care or staffing agency experience is an advantage
