Ethics Operations Officer (Hybrid)

A hybrid role in Lagos for a people-focused professional who enjoys careful listening, clear documentation and fair, structured investigation. What you'll do

• Interview and question stakeholders to gather accurate information on ethics concerns
• Probe and analyse reports to identify patterns and potential issues
• Prepare clear reports and case documentation
• Support the handling of whistleblowing and compliance matters
• Communicate findings clearly, in writing and verbally

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline
• Previous customer service, contact centre or client-facing experience
• Strong interviewing, questioning and probing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Fluency in at least one additional Nigerian or French language is an asset
• Experience in investigations, compliance, fraud detection or whistleblowing is an advantage
