What you'll do
- Manage an executive's calendar and handle inbox triage
- Arrange travel logistics
- Use AI tools and automation workflows to streamline founder operations
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track deliverables
What you need
- 3+ years directly supporting senior executives, ideally C-level
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable high-speed internet with power backup
- Familiarity with AI tools and no-code automation platforms is an advantage
