Finance & Operations Manager

This full-time onsite role in Surulere, Lagos, combines finance and day-to-day operations for a growing business in the consumer goods and distribution space. It suits an accounting or finance professional who enjoys bringing numbers and processes together, from reporting and budgeting to stock and purchasing. Candidates with experience in fast-moving consumer goods, cosmetics or distribution will find the work especially relevant, and professional accounting qualifications are a plus.

What you'll do

• Prepare and oversee financial reporting
• Lead budgeting and financial planning
• Manage inventory and stock controls
• Oversee procurement and purchasing processes
• Coordinate finance and operations activities across the business

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience in finance and operations, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics or distribution
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, inventory and procurement
• ICAN or ACCA qualification is an advantage
