Real Estate Financial Analyst

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyse the financial performance of assigned properties across multiple markets
• Review operating statements, budgets, occupancy trends and key performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce expenses and improve asset performance
• Work with property managers to build action plans that address operational and financial challenges
• Prepare property performance reports and present updates to leadership
• Use technology and AI tools to streamline reporting and workflows

What you need

• Experience in property management, asset management, real estate, finance or a related field is preferred
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to spot trends
• Strong organisation and attention to detail in record-keeping
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack and Loom
• Interest in using AI tools to optimise workflows
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and comfortable with changing priorities
