Finance Intern

A full-time finance role in Victoria Island, Lagos, suited to someone early in their finance or accounting career who wants hands-on exposure to budgeting, reporting and day-to-day financial operations. What you'll do

• Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Prepare financial reports and interpret financial data for management
• Manage petty cash and track organisational expenses
• Process invoices and follow up on payments with clients and suppliers
• Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records
• Help develop financial trends, projections and cost-reduction ideas

What you need

• Background in finance, accounting or a related field
• Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting and bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Around 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
