Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

A full-time leadership role overseeing all food and beverage operations at a hotel in Abuja, covering restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting and room service. It suits an experienced hospitality professional who has managed F&B departments in 4-star or 5-star hotels and who combines commercial focus with a genuine passion for food, beverage and luxury guest service. The hotel is a hospitality business that values revenue growth, cost discipline and high service standards. Candidates should be comfortable leading large teams and working to demanding targets.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, room service and other F&B outlets
• Drive F&B revenue through new offers, corporate catering and event packages
• Manage food and beverage costs, stock control and departmental profitability
• Work with the Executive Chef on menu development, pricing and quality
• Supervise, train and schedule F&B staff and maintain service standards
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance, and prepare performance reports

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a related discipline
• At least 7 years as an F&B Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• Experience managing multiple F&B outlets in an established hotel
• Knowledge of F&B costing, menu engineering and inventory management
• Proficiency with hotel management, POS and inventory systems, and Microsoft Office
• Relevant hospitality certifications are an advantage
