Founding Go-to-Market Engineer (Remote, Serbia or Poland)

Working-hour overlap and local employment or contractor arrangements are to be confirmed. This is a founding go-to-market engineering role at an early-stage AI software company. You will work directly with the founder to turn problems raised by prospective customers into working demos and repeatable workflows. The role combines hands-on building with direct user contact and shapes how people move from first conversation to regular use of the product.

What you'll do

• Build working demos and integrations based on problems prospective users bring to the team.
• Work with the founder to test target users, use cases, and the factors that keep users coming back.
• Combine product, sales, and onboarding data to find where users get stuck and which changes help.
• Design and test go-to-market workflows that avoid noisy outreach and unsupported product claims.
• Turn customer feedback into product improvements and clear documentation.
• Protect customer data permissions, access boundaries, and approval steps across connected tools.

What you need

• Hands-on experience writing code, connecting APIs, and explaining technical work clearly to non-technical customers.
• Evidence of building a workflow, integration, or product that real people used, and changing it based on their feedback.
• Experience running focused go-to-market experiments, measuring results, and stopping approaches that do not work.
• Sound judgment about customer data permissions and approval boundaries when connecting tools.
• Based in Serbia, Poland, or another Eastern European country, with good working-hour overlap for the team.
• Interest in a broad-ownership founding role with regular direct user contact.
