Freelance Customer Success Manager (Remote - Worldwide, Slovenian-Speaking)

Native Slovenian speaking and writing is required. A European climate-tech software company building enterprise software that helps food-sector businesses measure and reduce their emissions. The company has raised over EUR 10 million, launched its enterprise product, and works with several large food and beverage companies. This is a freelance, project-based role supporting Slovenian-speaking customers, with low and irregular hours that fit around other commitments. No prior climate experience is required; training is provided.

What you'll do

• Run virtual training sessions in Slovenian that walk customers through onboarding, data collection workflows and reporting features of the platform
• Support customer projects during active data collection, answering questions, checking data quality and helping customers finish on time
• Act as a trusted Slovenian-language point of contact, mainly for agricultural stakeholders, to help them use the platform and see its value
• Flag churn risks, product feedback and engagement patterns to the internal Customer Success team
• Take on assignments as needed after an initial onboarding phase

What you need

• Native-level written and spoken Slovenian (hard requirement)
• Professional English, the company's internal working language
• Experience in customer success, account management or customer-facing operations, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Comfortable delivering virtual trainings, webinars and screen-sharing sessions
• Self-organised, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bonus: German skills, familiarity with sustainability or carbon accounting, agricultural supply chains, or survey and data collection tools
