GTM Strategic Planning Lead (Remote - Worldwide)

Candidates can apply from any country; the team is globally distributed and works asynchronously. This is a senior go-to-market planning role at a fast-growing developer platform company that sells to software engineers. You will own how the sales, success, marketing and partnerships teams plan territories, segments, targets and capacity, and you will turn that planning into working systems rather than static documents. The company is fully remote, open-source-minded and scaling its GTM organisation quickly.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end GTM strategic planning, including territory design, segmentation, target setting and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain a single source of truth for planning data across the CRM, the data warehouse and the analytics tooling.
• Turn company priorities into field plans and drive them through to execution with sales leadership.
• Define the metrics that matter and deliver insights that lead to decisions, not just reports.
• Lead the planning tooling roadmap, evaluating new systems against real business needs.
• Partner with GTM engineering on automations and data pipelines, and with talent acquisition to keep hiring plans aligned with territory models.

What you need

• 6+ years in revenue operations, strategy consulting, GTM strategy or sales operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS or developer tools company.
• Strong hands-on SQL skills and comfort working directly with data.
• Experience with a modern GTM stack, such as a CRM (HubSpot preferred), a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery preferred) and reverse ETL tooling.
• Experience designing sales processes, forecasting cadences or territory models in a high-growth environment.
• Understanding of product-led growth motions, including self-serve signups, usage-based triggers and how PLG data feeds commercial pipeline.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to work asynchronously across time zones.
