Head of Academy

This senior leadership role in Lagos centres on building and running an academy that delivers professional training and learning programmes. It suits an experienced education or finance leader who enjoys combining strategy, quality assurance and commercial thinking with a real interest in digital learning. The role is onsite and reports to the organisation's top executive, offering the chance to shape how learners are developed across the business and its partners.

What you'll do

• Set strategic direction and grow the academy's business
• Develop training programmes and oversee their quality
• Manage the academy's operational and financial performance
• Build relationships with stakeholders and industry partners
• Drive technology and digital learning innovation

What you need

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Education or a related discipline
• PhD is an advantage
• Professional certification such as FCS, CFA, ACCA, ICAN or CISI is highly desirable
• Certification or experience in learning and development, instructional design or e-learning is an advantage
