Head of HR & Corporate Services

A senior leadership role overseeing human resources strategy and corporate services across a group of twelve companies in Lagos. The organisation operates across several business areas, including financial services, and values structured, group-wide people management. This position suits an experienced HR professional who has led at group or shared-services level, understands Nigerian labour law, and enjoys shaping people strategy alongside senior leadership. The role is onsite in Lagos.

What you'll do

• Lead group-wide HR strategy, policies, talent management and workforce planning
• Drive performance management, employee engagement and organisational development
• Oversee administration, facilities, procurement support and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with labour law and advise group leadership

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred
• 10–12 years of HR experience, including 4+ years in leadership within a group or shared services environment
• Experience in financial services and at least one other relevant sector
• Active CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or HRCI certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and corporate services
