Onboarding Manager

This remote role centres on helping beauty and wellness business owners move onto a new software platform. You will act as a steady guide through a short implementation period of a few weeks, keeping customers on track and confident in using the product. The organisation builds booking, payment and business tools for salons and spas, with a focus on helping them run more profitably. The role suits someone with customer-facing experience, a good grasp of the beauty or wellness sector, and a knack for teaching technology to people who are busy running their own businesses. Working hours fit Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through adopting the platform, documenting their goals and managing their onboarding journey
• Deliver product training to business owners through virtual meetings
• Configure customer accounts for a smooth rollout
• Create tailored onboarding plans that prioritise the most valuable features first
• Connect product features to customers' business goals and pain points
• Work with product, engineering, sales and marketing teams to improve the onboarding experience

What you need

• At least 3 years in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, implementation, customer success or account management
• Experience in beauty or wellness, or supporting service-based small businesses, is strongly preferred
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment with ownership of activation and adoption outcomes
• Able to manage multiple onboarding projects and keep timelines on track
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Salesforce, Slack, video calls and learning new software quickly
