Head of Human Resources

A senior leadership role for an experienced HR professional to shape people strategy and run the day-to-day HR and corporate services function at an organisation based in Ikeja, Lagos. The post suits a seasoned leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational management, and who has worked in a regulated sector such as financial services, investment management or fintech. The successful candidate will help build a strong culture, sound employee relations and accountable performance practices across the business. The role is onsite and expected to start from 1st November 2026.

What you'll do

• Lead HR strategy, workforce planning and executive recruitment
• Develop and implement performance management and accountability frameworks
• Oversee HR policies and employee relations
• Drive organisational culture
• Supervise office administration, facilities, procurement and corporate services

What you need

• At least 15 years of professional experience
• Preferably 8 to 10 years in senior HR or organisational leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM or HRCI is an advantage
• Experience in banking, investment management, fintech or another regulated environment is strongly preferred
