HR & Operations Lead

A full-time, onsite leadership role in Lagos that combines people management with day-to-day operations. What you'll do

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement
• Develop HR policies, standard operating procedures and operational processes
• Oversee daily business operations and coordinate cross-functional projects
• Track KPIs, maintain performance dashboards and prepare management reports
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
• Drive accountability, operational efficiency and continuous improvement

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field
• 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in HR, operations, people operations or programme management
• Experience developing operational systems, tracking KPIs and managing multiple projects
• Experience in SMEs, retail, fashion, creative industries or growing businesses is an advantage
• Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, PMP or PRINCE2 are an added advantage
