HR Business Partner

A full HR business partner role in Lagos, overseeing day-to-day human resources operations for an assigned subsidiary within a wider group. The post suits an experienced HR generalist who can align local people operations with business goals and group HR policies. The organisation is a multi-entity business in Lagos. The role is well suited to someone with around five years of relevant HR experience who is comfortable working independently, handling sensitive employee matters, and reporting on workforce metrics.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle
• Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances
• Oversee payroll, HR administration, employee records and HR systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
• Prepare HR reports, monitor KPIs and support workforce planning

What you need

• About 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong HR generalist experience
• Sound knowledge of HR operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
