HR Business Partner

An HR Business Partner role based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, on a hybrid work pattern. The post suits an HR professional who enjoys hands-on people operations, from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll coordination, performance tracking and staff compliance. The organisation operates in a sector with specific industry regulations, so the role also involves working closely with operations teams. It is well suited to someone with some HR experience, ideally from a consulting background, who is organised, communicative and comfortable bringing structure to people processes.

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate selection
• Facilitate onboarding and staff induction
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Manage employee lifecycle processes such as confirmation, promotion and exit
• Support payroll preparation and liaise with Finance on salary processing

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in consulting
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR regulations
