HR Consultant (Lagos)

A senior HR consulting role based in Lekki, Lagos, suited to an experienced human resources professional with a decade or more of advisory work. What you'll do

• Lead strategic HR advisory and consulting engagements for clients
• Carry out HR diagnostics, organisational assessments and workforce reviews
• Advise senior management on organisational design, change and workforce planning
• Review and improve HR processes, systems, structures and policies
• Prepare proposals, reports and executive presentations
• Manage HR projects, timelines and quality standards

What you need

• 10 to 15 years of relevant HR consulting experience
• Strong expertise in strategic HR advisory and organisational effectiveness
• Experience managing client engagements and HR transformation projects
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to turn complex HR challenges into practical business solutions
