HR Manager (Chinese Speaking)

A manufacturing business based in Lekki, Lagos is looking for an HR Manager who is comfortable working in both Mandarin and English. The role is onsite and suits an experienced HR professional who understands Nigerian employment rules and can bridge communication between local staff and management. It is well suited to someone organised, discreet and confident handling payroll, compliance and day-to-day people matters in a fast-paced industrial setting.

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day human resources operations for the site
• Manage payroll and statutory deductions
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law
• Act as a communication bridge between Chinese-speaking management and local staff

What you need

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• At least 4 years of HR experience
• Knowledge of Nigerian labour law, payroll and statutory deductions
