HR Manager (Lekki, Lagos)

An experienced HR Manager is needed to run day-to-day people operations for a medical aesthetics and wellness business in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role combines hands-on HR administration with policy development, so the aim is a well-organised, compliant and productive workplace. The post is hybrid. It suits an HR professional who enjoys building structure, keeping accurate records and handling sensitive matters with discretion.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain accurate staff records, contracts and HR documentation
• Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, including PAYE and LIRS requirements
• Develop, review and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes, and oversee attendance, leave and staff scheduling

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of proven HR experience in a structured organisation
• Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labour law and compliance
• Hands-on experience with payroll processes and HR systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• High level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality; lives on Lagos Island or nearby areas
