HR Officer

This full-time, onsite role in Palmgrove, Lagos, supports the day-to-day human resources operations of a growing Lagos-based organisation. The HR Officer helps keep people processes running smoothly, from recruitment support and staff records to attendance, welfare and onboarding. It suits an organised, discreet person with a diploma in human resources, business administration or a related field, who enjoys detailed administrative work and being the first point of contact for routine staff questions.

What you'll do

• Assist with recruitment and interview scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and leave records
• Assist with staff onboarding and orientation
• Respond to routine employee enquiries
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

What you need

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and record-keeping abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
