Inbound Sales & Lead Management Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote, full-time role supporting a virtual assistance business with inbound sales and lead handling. It suits someone who enjoys speaking with prospective clients, turning enquiries into conversations, and keeping a well-organised record of every lead. The role is open to candidates worldwide, and the team welcomes people who bring strong communication skills and a careful, detail-focused approach. Prior sales or inbound lead experience is useful but not essential if you have solid customer-facing communication experience.

What you'll do

• Respond to and manage inbound sales enquiries and leads
• Follow up with prospective clients to move them through the sales process
• Keep accurate records of leads and client interactions
• Support the team with organising and tracking the sales pipeline

What you need

• Inbound sales or inbound lead management experience preferred
• Sales, customer service, or client-facing communication experience
• Strong spoken and written English
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
