Inventory Coordinator

This is an onsite full-time role in Lagos for someone who enjoys keeping stock organised and accountable. The position sits within procurement, storekeeping and supply chain, and focuses on tracking inventory from the moment it arrives through to sale or return. What you'll do

• Oversee stock movement from receipt and storage through to issuance, sales and returns
• Set up and maintain effective stock control procedures to prevent losses
• Identify stock discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation and reconciliation
• Keep physical inventory aligned with system records
• Monitor wastage and help minimise losses and revenue leakage
• Balance stock availability against the risk of overstocking

What you need

• Experience in inventory control, storekeeping or supply chain work
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Ability to reconcile stock and investigate discrepancies
• Good understanding of how inventory supports financial reporting
• Comfortable working with inventory or stock management systems
